For 30 years, Anne Constantino served as President and CEO of Horizon Health Services. Throughout her tenure, Horizon was recognized as a behavioral health industry leader and a “Best Place to Work in New York State.”

With a rigorous focus on culture and continuous learning for all team members, Anne credits Horizon’s success to building a culture where everyone is committed to service excellence and the company’s mission and goals.

This wisdom of experience allows Anne to bring insight and compassion to her work as a coach and consultant. Anne knows that investing in the professional and social-emotional development of talented senior managers and executives systematically increases organizational performance, commitment, and happiness. Anne has an MS in Counseling and Educational Psychology and a Leadership Coaching Certification from the UB School of Management, Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness. She is also certified in Hogan Assessments.
